John and I did a revised version of FGB so we didn't have to time and could do it at the same time:
Three Rounds
20 wall ball
20 sumo deadlift hi pull 75/65
20 box jumps
20 push press 75/65
20 cal row
1 minute rest
Finished with 150 ab mat sit ups and 150 side sit ups
