John matched his P.R but with much better form.
I didn't hit my P.R of 125 but was a little nervous of the back still. Cleaned 120 but didn't jerk it.
Warmed up with 500m row at 1:53
3 Rounds - 10 KTE, 10 back/hip extensions, 10 bench press 2x35lbs
Cooled down with 500m row at 1:57
Today is March 6/09 and I can honestly say back feels great can't wait to row the 1000 m
