Hey nice one huh! What was your times last summer?
Last summer I had a bar malfunction and only lifted 85lbs. it was 3 minutes and something with a watch stop, bunch of bullshit!!! On September 18 I did a 95 lb grace at 6:10.something. I haven't been close to a P.R in a long time so I'm taking the six seconds on this one:)!!! Have you done it yet?
