John used 45 lb dumb bells as we don't have a 55 until tomorrow:) and did supermans on a pillow. I used 35 lb dumb bells and we have a rigged up ghd thingy that holds my weight but not Johns.

Towel pullups were the biotch, kte's were tough on the last round
