I have been fighting a shoulder injury since the thrusters and bench press last week so when Jason came up the thought of all those dips didn't sit well with me. I will be altering the wods to suit the shoulder for a few days in the hopes that it will be better soon.
My wod went like this:
100 squats
100 anchored situps
20 65 lb hanging power cleans
75 squats
75 anchored situps
20 hanging power cleans
50 squats
50 anchored situps
20 hanging power cleans
25 squats
25 anchored situps
20 hanging power cleans
John did the same wod only of course subbed 95 lb hpc's.
