Eva!! Dec. 23/08

Five rounds for time:
800 m row
30 2 pood kettlebell swings
30 pullups

1. 1000m row= 4:13 min., 30 - 35lb kettlebell swings,30 kipping pullups broken into tens
2. 800 m row= 3:32 min, 30 kb swings, 30 pullups broken into 5'sRound
3. 800 m row= 3:32 min, 30 kb swings, 30 pullups in 5'sRound
4. 800 m row= 3:33 min, 30 kb swings, 30 pullups in 5'sRound
5. 800 m row= 3:34 min, 30 kbells in 10's, 30 pullups in 5's till 25 then down to ones. Agghhh!!
Finished with one more 800m= 3:33 min. to make up for the missing 200m x 4 for rounds 2-5.
Time: 52:48
Nasty!!!!

wow your Eva workout looked wicked, and to keep on moving for 52 mins is amazing! you rock!
ya call me anytime at 604 838 8454 or 778 987 4985 and if im available, ill meet you guys for a workout. im working dayshift on the 30th and nights shift on the 31st , where are you guys going to be on new years eve?

Sweet Jill, I will call. Not sure where we will be on New Year's eve yet. I think that was one of the hardest wods. I think the running definitely would have been easier for me. I have been averaging about 4 to 5 hours sleep for the last 3 or 4 nights so I really had to dig deep just to get this bad girl done.
