5 Rounds 35 lb dumbbell overhead lunges alternating arm each round 35 lb dumbbell swings After the second round I went to 30lbs for OHL's short and sweet but effective:)
John and I have been doing CrossFit since May of 2006 and we try hard to follow the .com site trying to stay true to the three on one off and eating as zone friendly as possible. We have made many great friends through CrossFit and enjoy doing it together and with our rotten kids Leanna and Chad:)
