My workout went like this:
100 Squats
6 pullups
6 stationary dips FRM
80 Squats
12 pullups
12 dips
60 Squats
18 pullups
18 dips
40 Squats
24 pullups
24 dips
20 Squats
30 pullups
3 dips and 27 pushups
Arms spent, did all dips one or two at a time, mostly one at a time. I am running a day behind the .com, trying to catch up:)
