I did CFWU to start. John said he did enough work today and he was already warm:)
After the wod I felt like doing a little lifting practise:)

10 per side dumb bell row from push up position
Finished with holding plank position for 3 1/2 minutes. I think my PR for plank is 4 minutes, damn.

Eh Highballer! Nice numbers brother, only I think you can crank out more then 30 in the first round! I smell a bit of stratigizing here:)Talk soon gang!
