With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Hollie: Round 15 plus 10 pullups in round 16
John: Round 18 and then stopped.
We then did a little 4 Rounder:
300 m row
15 body weight deadlifts

Tell John Jason got 23 ROUNDS. Just kidding he got 14 and change.
Nice 14 rounds is sweet. We did kipping, did Jason also. Have you done it yet? I picked up the wheel today. I have to re do the 800m on the road. Michelle may come up and do this one this eve.:) If you can come too, come on over. We can split two and two Michelle and I and you and John.
