I can't get on the site, can you send it again, thanks Sterling. The deadlifts felt heavy but manageable, glad it was only 5's, the burpees felt easier but I am slow at them. I jump down and then go into a full pushup and then jump up again and of course the clap. I know Darren jumps straight down and then pushes up quick and it all seems to be one motion, not me:) We have a GHD so tomorrow's will be interesting, I am not so good at the L pullups especially 15 per round but it will be fun.
John and I have been doing CrossFit since May of 2006 and we try hard to follow the .com site trying to stay true to the three on one off and eating as zone friendly as possible. We have made many great friends through CrossFit and enjoy doing it together and with our rotten kids Leanna and Chad:)
