Tabatta Something Else Dec. 1/08




Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Squats 17,17,15,16,15,14,15,18=127
Total 390

We did anchored situps because I wanted to compare it to my last time on August 18, 2008. That score was 312. Pretty happy!!!

This was John's first experience:) Thought we were going to have to use Pukie bucket for a minute there!!
