Row, Burpees and Run

3 Rounds for Time:

500m row
21 Burpees
400 m run

Hollie: 24:07 (p.r. for this is 23:13 on Feb. 15/09)
Jay: 22:27
Chad: 23:39

Finished off with 3 Rounds of
10 - 20 lb weighted situps anchored and ab mat
10 - ab wheel
10 per arm - renegade row 30/25

Still hate the rower, but day 2 of zoning and waiting to see improvement:) It's coming!!!

Hollie nice to see Chad back at er'. Boy has some talent no doubt about it! How about that daughter of yours now you need to get her rock'in:) Jay is doing very well huh? Great to see him at it as well. Keep posting!

Yeah it is great to have Chad back at it and it is fun having people to do it with. Jay phones first thing in every a.m. he is really keen now and doesn't even want to have a rest day. This is the boost I needed and we are having a lot of fun with it. This morn we did a painful 5 k. I have been zoning since Tuesday and am starting to feel better gonna stay strict at least till next weekend then maybe a treat day. It is actually pretty easy once you get started eh? Then gonna re-do one of the last few wods to see the difference. Can't wait to feel clean again:) That double under one, oh my god!!! You did a great job and Jeff did too, he is crazzyyy!!!. How did YMR do?
