I was beginning to wonder if you'd slip off the training wagon. Great to see your both still get smashed on a regular basis! Nice work on getting through the MU workout. My hands are like hamburger right now and achillies is just shot. Looking forward to a 11 day vacation starting on Friday! No training for this dude. Just RR.
