My P.R. for this is 13:45 at the track about a year ago. I have hardly been able to walk since the heavy front squats and Ghd situps on Tuesday. I actually didn't do this one yesterday cause the legs were so bad, getting in and out of bed and up and down stairs is especially challenging. Definitely showed in the wod. Haven't been eating well and have been in holiday mode and can't shake it:) oh well, it's summer:)

Eh Hollie! I'm glad I was on vacation! Some nasty wods came down the pipe eh! Back at the grind tomorrow! Start prepping for my cert' in August. Want to be in top form ya know. Vacation was s-w-e-e-t!
