John and I have been doing CrossFit since May of 2006 and we try hard to follow the .com site trying to stay true to the three on one off and eating as zone friendly as possible. We have made many great friends through CrossFit and enjoy doing it together and with our rotten kids Leanna and Chad:)

Great work John! Ya the Squat cleans were really gassing for me. didn't feel to heavy just winded me big time. Rest day tomorrow. oh ya!
