I think you can tell he went a little harder when prompted by a nagging wife/wod partner

I couldn't get the wod in before soccer practise so took advantage of the track again. Also my shoulder is just better from the last time we did Lynne on Nov. 6. My workout went like this:
1 mile run
10 minutes up and down bleacher stairs
50 GHD situps on benches
25 inverted pushups
10 box jumps
1 mile run
100 air squats
15 - 2x30lb straight leg deadlifts
