Couple 100m sprints then 3 rounds of 10 push ups, 10 unanchored sit ups, 10 air squats full hip extension at the top:)

2 sets of 10 and 1 set of 20 GHD situps and back/hip extensions.
Hot Yoga in the eve for me, trying to talk John into giving it a try:)

omg! FUCKING MR.J was just terrible. Globo style, fat bars, treadmill, no chalk. No excuses it just kicked my sad ass today. Regardless your times last crack at this were outstanding. Great great effort by you both!
Hey Hollie. you`re right I would love mr J. ive never tried gh sit ups actually :) we did dead lifts at cfl today and i was de-throned. farrah lifted 285 and i couldnt do it! she`s so strong and i blame my failure on a crappy lunch this afternoon :) next time ill have a tim hortons iced cap and lift like a forklift!
you tell john that hot yoga will help him imprive every aspect of his life (including xfit, concentration, focus, sex life etc) and he`ll go for it!
